A 2nd year, who built Oasis. Her name is first mentioned in the Yellow Zone. Is also known as Mad Monarch / Light Monarch / Kwang Goonju / Gwang Goonju.

Clementine desires to be a king with the most power under her. To do this, she secretly tries to change and put restrictions on zones, so that people coming from sub-zones won't be more powerful than her. She is also filtering and choosing which people will go up to higher zones and it is presumed that she is only allowing those who are loyal to her. In the Yellow Zone, she has left Metiron who is loyal to her. Metiron is bound to her right hand who has the trait Fragments of Seven Souls.

She is currently in the Purple Zone and doesn't know there's the Abyss after the Purple Zone. Her right hand man, Taehee, possesses the trait Fragments of Seven Souls. She is currently faking to be weak in the Purple Zone. She is the reason of a civil war, and she is the Mad Monarch that Keldian wanted Hansoo to eliminate in the first chapter.

Future (1st timeline)

Considered by many a lunatic. Caused a massacre among the humans and caused division between them which weakened humanity further when the Abyss creeped in. Also known as Mad Monarch (written in Korean as Kwang Goonju / Gwang Goonju. This has also been previously mistranslated as Light Monarch).

Past (common to both timelines)

She killed everyone in the tutorial with her, and so was forced to face the altar beast alone and killed it. In this way she obtained the Ring of the Vampire King Nurmaha, Solo ranking <9>.

Traits

1. Sovereign (Lord) - Chapter 24 Sky Road (3) - although I believe this may be a mistranslation for the "Mad Lord" and not the "Mad Monarch".
2. <Some form of battle trait?> - In Chapter 17 Altar (2), it's mentioned that Kwang Goonju's (Clementine's) trait was good for defeating the Altar Beast. Even if she was left half dead at the end.

Subordinates

Clementine has 8 elite subordinates. Her main subordinate is Taehee who has <Fragments of Seven Souls>. Taehee controls seven people through her soul fragments:

1. Metiron

It is implied they all have the <Lord> trait since they are called Dark Lords. It is assumed that Clementine is using her Sovereign (Lord) trait to control Taehee. Taehee in turn has the <Fragments of Seven Souls> trait, which can control 7 Lords. Those Lords control more people under them. In this way, Clementine is able to control Lords and a much larger amount of people than any other Lords.
